Heat oil in indoor deep fryer to 375 degrees F.
Mix thoroughly the egg milk, and vegetable oil in a bowl until it is smooth. Stir in the pancake mix until there are no lumps. Dip the chocolate cookies into the batter one at a time to coat completely.
Place the cookies carefully one at a time into the fryer. Fry only a few at a time to avoid sticking together. Fry for approximately 2 minutes or until the outside is golden brown. Remove from oil carefully using the basket or a tongs.
Place the cookies on a plate with a paper towel to drain the oil and cool before eating.
