Deep Fried Turkey Marinade Recipe


1 bottle Italian Dressing (16 oz.)
½ cup cayenne pepper
½ cup black pepper
1 cup Creole seasoning
2 tablespoons garlic powder



Mix ¾ of the Italian dressing, cayenne pepper, black pepper, Creole seasoning, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Rub the mix over the outside of the turkey. Use the remaining ¼ of the Italian dressing to fill the turkey cavity. Marinate the turkey in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight. Remove from the refrigerator and deep fry according to the directions in the Indoor Butterball Turkey Fryer Manual.

    I am going to use my turkey fryer for thanksgiving I am going to inject the seasoning what should I rub on the skin just season with salt and pepper and for a 20 lb turkey how much marinade for injection
