    hello, my butterball deep fryer stop working. The heating element will not come on. I tried the reset button and all of that. can you please hellp me with this ? thank you.

      For defective fryers and parts you will need to contact the manufacturer directly. Your turkey fryer is under a 90 day warranty, which states that Masterbuilt will repair or replace defective parts free of charge with the owner being responsible for shipping.

    Excellent product for a tasteful fried turkey, but also for cooking other dishes like chicken, lobsters, etc. Easy cleanup process for dispensing used oil to store and greatly appreciate the breakaway power cord that easily disconnects from unit if accidentally pulled which prevents fryer from spilling/turning over. This is my second unit as the first unit stopped working.
